Thank you Samantha! I am on wordpress instead of blogger now and I love it. I bought the genesis framework and a theme when I was setting up on wordpress. I love Genesis and there are lots of different themes to choose from. Amy Andrews blogs about all things geeky and I followed her instructions on setting up my blog.
