The Bible I have been reading for over six months now has devotional pieces in it. The Bible is advertised ‘for women’. My sister gave me the Bible last year for my birthday. I have been so thankful for it every single day since. The following is one of the devotionals from it and it really touched my heart and I wanted to share. I pray it blesses all who read it.
“Write Thy blessed name, O Lord, upon my heart, there to remain so indelibly engraven that no adversity shall ever move me from Thy love. Be Thou to me a strong Tower of defense, a Comforter in tribulation, a Deliverer in distress, a very present Help in trouble, and a Guide to heaven through the many temptations and dangers of this life. Amen.
